We initially work with an individual owner or Body Corp representative (lead party) to identify site aggregation or redevelopment potential

We seek an expression of interest from the owner or stakeholder(s) to meet with us and discuss concept

Where the owner or stakeholder(s) agree to pursue the opportunity we propose a MOU between the parties

We carry out research and liaise/work with stakeholders to assist in regulatory issues/approvals

Seller contracts are proposed in full compliance with requirements the Property Stock and Business Agents Act

As determined by the contract sale can take place by Private Treaty, Auction or Tender. Our preference is for sale by tender

Buyer

We support your purchase of high end Residential or Commercial property in specific suburbs, localities or even streets. We assess your requirement and agree a specification

Our service fees consist of an initial retainer and success based commission from which we deduct the initial retainer
